　　 【Usage and Dosage】 Intramuscular vaccination. According to the dosage indicated on the vial label, dilute the vaccine with sterile saline or an appropriate diluent. Pregnant sows should be vaccinated approximately 40 days before farrowing, at a dose of one dose per sow; a second dose should be administered 20–28 days later, also at one dose per sow. Piglets born to these sows should be vaccinated within 7–10 days after weaning, at one dose per piglet, with a second dose given 14 days later.

　　(2) Pregnant sows should be properly restrained during vaccination to prevent mechanical abortion.

　　(3) Once diluted, the vaccine must be used within 1 hour.
