　　 [Main Ingredients and Content] This product contains the low-virulence, attenuated La Sota strain of Newcastle disease virus (CVCC AV1615). The viral titer per dose is not less than 10^6.0 EID ₅₀。

　　 【Characteristics】 A spongy, loose mass that readily separates from the bottle wall and dissolves rapidly upon addition of diluent.

　　 [Functions and Uses] Used for the prevention of Newcastle disease in chickens.

　　 【Usage and Dosage】 Intranasal, ocular, drinking-water, or spray administration are all acceptable routes of vaccination.

　　Dilute according to the dosage indicated on the vial label, using saline or an appropriate diluent. Administer by nasal drops or eye drops, 0.05 ml per animal; for drinking water or spray, double the dose.

　　 [Precautions] (1) Spray vaccination is contraindicated in flocks infected with Mycoplasma gallisepticum.

　　(2) After dilution, store in a cool, dark place and use within 4 hours.

　　(3) During oral vaccination, the drinking water should be free of disinfectants such as chlorine; the water must be clean, and metal containers should be avoided.

　　(4) Used vaccine vials, equipment, and any remaining vaccine should be rendered harmless.
